OK, so I finally uploaded the grainy Quicktime videos that I managed to record with my digital camera. It starts with Justin going up for the costume contest that Beth and I signed him up for without his knowledge. In retrospect, I'm not sure how I managed to get him to go up into the wrestling ring. (He was not happy.) Perhaps it was the possibility, however slim, of winning $1000 of merchandise as a grand prize. Perhaps it was the free old comic that all participants received? Who knows... Anyway, there's some footage of the awesome Capt. Jack Sparrow guy in there too. He did not enter the contest, which was fortunate for everyone else who did.

When I saw you'd put in a title screen, I was hoping you'd put in heart wipes, and lo and behold, you put in star wipes! That's pretty close! Is that a Pinnacle thing?
No, it is Microsoft Movie Maker, he said sheepishly. Pinnacle doesn't really like to work with anything that isn't DV video. That combined with the slight difficulty of converting Quicktimes to something usable accounts for the delay in my posting of this video.
